I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to work alongside you, helping you tap into your inner wisdom and discover solutions that truly work for you. Through our partnership, we'll explore where you are now, clarify where you want to be, and align your actions with your goals.

Explore: We begin by understanding where you are now and what you want to work on. This isn't just about setting goals - it's about discovering what truly matters to you and what might be holding you back.

Clarify: Together, we'll create clear, meaningful goals and develop practical steps to achieve them. We'll look at your whole life picture - health, work, relationships, personal growth - because everything connects.

Align: This is where change happens. We'll ensure your daily actions match your bigger vision, helping you stay accountable and adjust your approach when needed.

How It Works

Starting with a free initial consultation, we'll discuss your needs and how coaching might help. From there, we can work together in various ways:

Regular sessions (weekly or fortnightly) for ongoing support and progress

One-off sessions for specific goal-setting or life resets

Flexible scheduling to suit your needs and pace of change

Each session provides space for reflection, planning, and practical action steps. Between sessions, you'll have clear actions to work on, with me supporting you every step of the way.

Team Coaching

Looking to enhance your team's wellbeing or performance? I also offer coaching for small teams and organisations, helping build stronger communication, better work-life balance, and improved team dynamics. Contact me to discuss your team's specific needs.

Sessions and Fees

  • Individual coaching sessions (50 minutes): £70
  • Package of 6 sessions: £350
  • Team coaching: Please contact for rates
  • Concessions available for students and low-income earners

Cancellation Policy: Please give 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, except in exceptional circumstances.
